You will lose access to information connected to the account. Export or record anything you need before requesting deletion.
Request deletion
You can request deletion without reinstalling Health-it. Send the request from the email address connected to your account when possible. If your account uses a telephone number, include that number with its country code. Do not send your password or verification code.

What happens next
- 1We receive your request
Provide the account email address or telephone number and your country.
- 2We verify account ownership
We may contact you using the account details. This protects accounts from unauthorised deletion.
- 3We delete the account and associated data
After verification, deletion from active systems is normally completed within 30 days. We will confirm when the request is complete.
Data that will be deleted
- Health-it authentication account and profile.
- Saved preferences, goals and household details.
- Receipt and product images stored with the account.
- Extracted purchases, merchants, totals, categories and product information.
- Cloud-synchronised insights, feedback and related account content.
Information that may be retained
We may retain limited records where necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, disputes or a legal obligation. These records are restricted to that purpose. Encrypted backup copies may remain until overwritten through the normal backup cycle, normally no longer than 90 days. App-store transaction records are controlled separately by Apple or Google.
Subscriptions and deletion from your device
Deleting Health-it from your device does not delete your account. If you have an active app-store subscription, cancel it through Apple or Google before deleting your account; account deletion may not automatically cancel billing managed by an app store.
