• Your device type and Health-it app version.
• A brief description of what happened and what you expected.
• A screenshot only if it does not expose sensitive receipt, payment or account information.

Privacy and data requests

For access, correction, deletion or other privacy questions, use the same support address and state that your message is a privacy request. Read our privacy notice for more detail.

Billing

If Health-it offers paid features, Apple or Google manages purchases, cancellations and refunds through your app-store account. Include the store transaction reference—not your card details—if you contact us about access after a purchase.
