Terms of use

These terms govern your use of the Health-it mobile applications, website, receipt-scanning features, financial and wellness insights and related services (together, the “Service”). The Service is provided by RVN Labs Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17061527.

Who can use Health-it

You must be at least 16, provide accurate account information and use Health-it lawfully for personal or household purposes unless we agree otherwise.

What Health-it does

Health-it helps you scan receipts and product labels, understand spending and shopping patterns, and receive financial and wellness guidance based on information you save. Outputs are informational and do not replace professional financial, investment, tax, medical, nutrition, legal or safety advice.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login information secure and for activity on your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend accounts where reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, security risks, unlawful activity or a breach of these terms.

Your content

You retain ownership of receipt images, product labels and other content you submit. You give RVN Labs permission to process that content to provide, secure, improve and support Health-it. Do not upload content you cannot lawfully use or content intended to harm or interfere with the service.

Guidance and accuracy

Receipt extraction and automated guidance may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. Financial guidance is based on limited information, and wellness signals may be approximate. You remain responsible for decisions you make.

Paid features

If paid access is offered in the future, the price, duration, renewal terms and any trial will be shown before purchase. Apple or Google will manage payment, cancellation and refunds under its terms. Uninstalling Health-it would not cancel an active app-store subscription.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse, resell or unlawfully copy the service; attempt unauthorised access; upload harmful code; interfere with security, billing or sync; or use Health-it for fraud or other unlawful activity.

Third-party services

Health-it uses providers including Google Cloud Platform, Firebase, Apple and Google Play. Their separate terms and privacy notices may apply.

Intellectual property

Health-it, its software, design, branding and materials are owned by RVN Labs Ltd or our licensors. We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the Service in accordance with these terms. You retain ownership of content you submit.

Availability and disclaimers

We may update or change the Service, and it may occasionally be unavailable. Receipt extraction and automated guidance may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Health-it is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Liability and consumer rights

We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or rights that applicable consumer law protects. Subject to those rights, RVN Labs Ltd is not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, business losses arising from personal use, or decisions made in reliance on informational guidance.

Privacy and account deletion

Our privacy notice explains how we handle personal data. You may stop using Health-it at any time and can request deletion through our account deletion page. Deleting the app does not itself delete your account.

Termination

We may suspend or end access where you materially breach these terms, misuse the Service, create a security risk or where we must do so by law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination—including intellectual-property, privacy, disclaimer and liability provisions—will continue.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory protections and right to bring proceedings available under the law of the country where you live.
